What is the IOP?

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured, supportive program for kids (8–13) and teens (14–18). It helps participants overcome challenges, build healthy habits, and strengthen everyday skills in a safe, engaging environment.

Through group therapy, individual guidance, and fun, skill-building activities, children and teens gain:

  • Confidence and independence

  • Healthy relationships with peers and adults

  • Peer interaction, teamwork, and communication

  • Social problem-solving and friendship-building

  • Organization, routines, and time management

  • Self-care and coping strategies

  • Goal setting and decision-making

  • Homework help and academic support

Program Features

  • 20 hours per week of structured group therapy

  • Evening sessions: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Summer Hours: Daytime sessions available

  • Licensed therapists and experienced educators

  • Collaboration with families to reinforce skills at home
